2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0xBASE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service or the information contained therein.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to post or transmit any material that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. 0xBASE reserves the right to remove any content and terminate user accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service's original architecture, algorithms, and interface design are the property of 0xBASE. Aggregated third-party content and linked articles remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Automated scraping, data extraction, or reverse engineering of the Service is strictly prohibited.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure providers to operate, including for automated text generation, web search, embeddings, and content discovery. These providers include, without limitation, the DeepSeek API, Google Gemini, Serper.dev, OpenRouter, and other vendors as we may adopt from time to time.

0xBASE is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these underlying third-party services, or for changes to their terms, pricing, or data-handling practices.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
